Do you ship internationally?

Island Time Wellness will only ship to USA addresses. 

What countries do you ship to?

United States. All orders will be shipped via USPS. For International Orders, please visit our Etsy. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping & Handling Charges are calculated at Checkout based on the delivery destination.

How long does it take to prepare my order?

Please note that Island Time Wellness’ contractual printer could take up to 2-28 business days to prepare your order. We extend to that obligation for full transparency purposes. Among experience, Island Time Wellness’ contractual printer does not take the full amount of designated time. We stand behind full honesty and want nothing but the best for our lovely + loyal customers. 

How long does it take for Shipping?

Shipping estimates may hold to be shorter than expected. We ship out available items from our Warehouse. Others that are not on hand are shipped from our contracted Printing Facility.

Due to COVID-19, delays in the parcel can be expected. 

Shipping may not take the full amount of designated time depending on your proximity to the export. Please contact the selected Carrier for inquiries on this matter if your item has shipped for further clarifications. 

Where Is my Tracking Number?

For Domestic Orders, you will receive a Tracking Number via email once the item has shipped. While you wait for your orders arrival, you can check the status of your shipment via this Tracking Number. Please contact the selected Carrier for inquiries on this matter if your item has shipped for further clarifications. Due to COVID-19, delays in the parcel can be expected.

I refused my delivery, where is my refund?

Refused delivery will incur a $10 restocking fee and outbound shipping will not be refunded.  Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear once we processed the return. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

My package is stuck and tracking shows no movement, what do I do?

For domestic orders, package can only be considered lost if there has been no movement for 10 business days from the day it was shipped. 

For international orders, please contact your local post office if the shipment is idle in your area. International orders can sometimes be held due to International Shipping Standards.

Please send an email to support@islandtimewellness.com if your shipment shows no movement from the carrier's tracking information. 

We will do our best to accommodate your request however Island Time Wellness reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 

I put the wrong address on my order, please help!

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Island Time Wellness will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.  Island Time Wellness reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds.

Island Time Wellness is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. We are unable to offer compensation for any charge the country of delivery destination that inflicts. Please note, Island Time Wellness reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds for this matter.

POST-ARRIVAL ITEMS REGARDING REFUNDS

My items arrived damaged, what should I do?

Please contact us immediately, within 48 hours receiving the order, at support@islandtimewellness.com

Please provide us with your order number and some photos of the damage product/s. We will do our best to accommodate your request however Island Time Wellness reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 

I received incorrect item/s what should I do?

Please contact support@islandtimewellness.com within 48 hours receiving the order, so that we can take care of this for you.

Please provide us with your order number along with a photo of the incorrect item you received. We will do our best to accommodate your request however Island Time Wellness reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 

What’s your return policy?

We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. Please note, Island Time Wellness reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments and refunds. 

 In the unlikely event that product/s arrive damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Customer must include photos of the issue and a screenshot of your order confirmation email.
