DriveThruCards is 'the seller' of our cards so any questions related to the order or shipping, if not answered below, should go to them directly. We've switched to a royalty-based business model, so we are no longer involved in the transaction in any way. We are so excited to be able to have more time doing what we love- creating! We've compiled a list of common questions for you though- to help out.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WITH LANGUAGE OTHER THAN ENGLISH

IMPORTANT:  When you are ordering your cards from DriveThruCards, you must put both the English version of your address into the address field along with the language that you need in your country in order for the package to be delivered.

QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING COST

If you add the item to your cart on the drivethrucards.com website and start the checkout process, you can see what shipping will be before you finish the transaction. You can always X out of the checkout before completing it. 

PACKAGE LOST OR MISSING

Contact your local carrier first (may be customs charge holding up delivery). If further assistance is needed, please contact DriveThruCards directly. 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY CARDS

These cards are printed especially for you and usually take about 5-7 business days to ship (this does not include shipping time). They can take longer (around 10 business days) during holidays and busier times (before gaming expo's, etc). When they ship it, they will send you an email with the tracking. 

ANY OTHER ORDER OR SHIPPING QUESTIONS

These are print-on demand and are printed especially for you.
