Do you take returns? Change order?
In order to guarantee customers are getting brand new products through our fulfillment center, we regret that we can NOT accept returns. Please contact us directly if there is an issue with your product. Thank you! :)
We use a fulfillment center and they do ship very quickly. We will attempt to make the needed changes /if we can/ but we are NOT responsible if we cannot.

WE SHIP EARLY IN THE DAY, SO ORDERS PLACED AFTER 9 AM WILL SHIP THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. MESSAGES LEFT FOR ISLAND TIME WELLNESS WILL BE RESPONDED TO WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE START OF THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. THANK YOU :)
WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE DECKS?
Deck one was made to really point out giant red flags in relationships so that the querent could be aware of what was going on in a relationship. Also, of course, there are lots of fun/positive dating and relationship cards too. Deck two has people/significator cards and ‘others’ cards also (to signify other people around the querent/their relationships) and even more dating scenarios. Deck two is kind of a piggy-back off of deck one. Deck three was geared to be more toward singles looking for a relationship- and lots of healing cards to help you get there❤️.
They are all perfectly balanced with what people might be referred to as positive, negative, and neutral cards. Also, they were meant to be used together. There are no repeating cards
Do you ship internationally?
We don't but our printing partner does (link in front page of our website).
It says Delivered (and it's not here) or it's a Lost package.
1. Please contact your local post office/letter carrier (they scanned it/marked delivered). We don't have any more additional information than you do, unfortunately. They are a separate company, and we are not responsible for their actions. Priority Mail or higher offers insurance.
2. We have seen a few customers get their packages the next day (after it says delivered).
We don't replace/refund/reship (go through USPS/carrier). We DO apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you so much.
It was Etsy's policy that the transaction is complete once the parcel is proven accepted by the logistics carrier- the seller has fulfilled their responsibility in shipping it. We have adopted that policy for our store.
ONLY CARDS PURCHASED THROUGH ISLAND TIME WELLNESS ARE AUTHENTIC
We are so excited you have come to our shop. Only Island Time Wellness (as a SELLER NAME) cards are authentic. If you ordered your cards from any other seller (the seller name IS NOT Island Time Wellness), they are illegal counterfeits. We do not sell on foreign websites. We do NOT wholesale (for that reason). Thank you for supporting our small business. We love you!
Help! I had the wrong address. What do I do? Order was NOT fulfilled.
Please contact us as soon as you realize.
If not fulfilled: If we can- we certainly will try, but we are NOT responsible if we can't.
Help! I had the wrong address on my account. What do I do? Order WAS fulfilled, shipped, and is now being returned to sender.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do. We are not responsible for any issue or loss due to customers providing the wrong/incomplete address. Please contact USPS.
If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided you will be responsible for re-shipping cost and any related charges/fees. Once you pay the re-shipping invoice, we will arrange to have your package resent once it has arrived back to fulfillment center.
There is only a 30 day window. If you do not pay the invoice within that time, your sale will be cancelled and you will be refunded cost of item and tax MINUS shipping, fees, any costs or losses incurred by us for this.
Your shipping will not be refunded as it was used on the first shipment.
